Dr. Jeannelle Perkins
Founder & CEO
Dr. Jeannelle Perkins is an accomplished author, international speaker, psychotherapist, and licensed family therapist with over 20 years of experience in relationship and life coaching. Specializing in the intersection of mental health and relationships, Dr. Jeannelle is dedicated to helping individuals and couples navigate emotional and relational challenges. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Communications, a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.
As the Founder & CEO of Haruki, a Gen-AI mental health company, Dr. Jeannelle leads initiatives to provide customized emotional and relational health solutions for first responders and military personnel, helping them build resilience and manage the unique stressors of their professions. Her leadership ensures that Haruki’s solutions are innovative, practical, and tailored to support high-pressure environments.
Dr. Jeannelle is also a board member of Charleston Hope, where she contributes to efforts aimed at improving access to mental and behavioral health programs in Title I schools, supporting student well-being and academic success.
In 2024, Dr. Jeannelle took the stage as a TEDx Charleston speaker, where she delivered a powerful talk exploring how racism impacts Black intimacy within America’s structural and institutional systems. Her latest book, Into-Me-See, delves into the unique challenges Black couples face in developing and maintaining intimacy, offering practical solutions to strengthen relationships. Her academic research focuses on anxiety, depression, emotional and relational intelligence, relationship satisfaction, military trauma, PTSD, and secondary trauma.
Dr. Jeannelle is known for her keynotes, panel discussions, podcasts, and workshops. She has presented at prestigious conferences such as the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapists (AAMFT), the International Association of Marriage and Family Counselors (IAMFC), the Lowcountry Mental Health Conference (LMHC), the People’s Climate Innovation Center, the Charleston Literary Festival, and the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation (CBCF).
Beyond her speaking engagements, Dr. Jeannelle lends her expertise as a consultant for TVOne's show Fatal Attraction and has been featured in prominent publications including Essence Magazine, Newsweek, Vice Magazine, and more. She has made television appearances on AFRO News, Fox 24 Charleston, and Lowcountry Live, solidifying her role as a leading voice in mental health and relational wellness.

Katie Reilly
Chief Product Officer
Katie is an executive product leader specializing in early and growth-stage B2B SaaS companies. With deep experience in product strategy, Katie is often called on by boards and founders to help drive new product launch, enable product development teams, execute go-to-market commercialization strategies. She often serves in interim and fractional Chief Product Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Chief Customer Officer positions.
Before joining TechCXO, Katie successfully led product strategy and executive operations for venture-backed and privately held organizations. With a passion for delivering customer value and building creative revenue streams, Katie has scaled international development teams and successfully launched multiple software solutions across sectors, including healthcare, eCommerce, wealth tech, supply chain, and life sciences.
Katie’s deep knowledge of healthcare technology and tech-enabled services is credited to her executive product leadership roles at Corval.io, a biopharma commercialization software platform, Boost Results, an innovative ABA practice management platform, PokitDok, a former clearinghouse and drug cost transparency platform successfully acquired by Change Healthcare, Biomedical Informatics at the Medical University of South Carolina, and data science architect for Health Sciences South Carolina.
At TechCXO, Katie has successfully led companies through new 0-to-1 product launches. Katie also serves as fractional GTM commercialization leader and strategic advisor for product-led growth (PLG) transitions and helps teams navigate agile transformations. At TechCXO, Katie leads the product management practice, recruiting and overseeing skilled product leaders across multiple client engagements.
Katie is a certified Project Management Professional PMP®. She holds a BS in Computer Information Systems from Clemson University and an MBA with a concentration in Leadership & Entrepreneurship from The Citadel.

Dr. Sherille Lecque
Chief Data Officer
Dr. Sherille Lecque is a two time graduate of Winthrop University with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and an M.Ed. degree in Counseling. In addition, she is also a graduate of Capella University, earning a PhD in Advanced Studies of Human Behavior. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in both N.C. and S.C.
Sherille has worked in the Mental Health field for over 40 years. She is the owner of Barber Therapy and Associates, a private practice Mental Health agency, providing outpatient therapy to adults, children, couples and families, for over 17 years. In addition to owning and operating her practice, she is also an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Charleston Southern University. Prior to starting her practice, she worked in various roles within the Mental Health field in Mecklenburg County for over 23 years. Her experience includes, but is not limited to, adult and child case management, adult and child psychiatric inpatient units, psychiatric emergency room, adult and adolescent sex offender treatment, therapeutic supervision of parent visits with children in foster care, providing court-ordered services to children and families involved with social services in York and Mecklenburg Counties, and ongoing work with those with severe and persistent mental illness.
Her practice currently serves individuals, both virtually and in-person, across the states of North and South Carolina. Her agency provides services to men, women, children, couples and families, as well as Veterans and those recently released from prison and the agency serves anyone in need, regardless of their ability to pay. In addition, the agency gives back to the community by partnering with local pantries and soup kitchens to provide ongoing supplies to these facilities to help with serving approximately 300 people weekly in Rock Hill, S.C. as well as serving a local Veterans home for the homeless veterans in Charleston, S.C. She also partners with varying church communities to serve members in need of mental health services for little to no fee.
Sherille is the proud mother of two daughters, 25-year-old Tiffany of Atlanta, G.A. and 22-year-old Taylor of Rock Hill, S.C. Sherille is also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. Charleston Alumnae Chapter, and has held multiple local and regional positions within the organization. In addition to being a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. she is also a proud member of the Charleston (SC) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated.
